Leadership Leadership is a unique way of being that can be distinguished from management, administration, and professional practice. Leadership is an attitude and point of view that can be cultivated. There are strategies, methods and skills that can be learned. What one does in leadership roles is often counter-intuitive and the opposite of what management and administrative disciplines call for.
